Introduction to Me

All of my family has come from Russia. My sisters and I are the first generation to be born in America. I have two older sisters who both also go to college. Maria the eldest goes to St. Johns University for Grad school and is in her first year. Lyuba goes to Queens college and is in her second year. They are both studying to be teachers. Maria wants to be a high school English teacher and Lyuba wants to be Elementary school teacher. My parents are divorced. My dad works as a bus driver for a school and my mom works as a book-keeper for a food company.

Some of my strengths are being punctual. I am never late for an interview or any class. I always come either a few minutes early or I just make it on time. I am very organized. I am a separate folder for every class, I know exactly were everything is in either my bag or my room so I never have to go looking for it. I can cook very well. My mother tried to teach the three of us how to cook and I was the only one who didn’t burn what she was cooking. Whenever my mom is sick or to tired to cook, I make dinner for everyone. I also Make my mom lunch and breakfast everyday to take with her to work.

One of my biggest weaknesses is sports. Everytime I try to play I always get hurt in some way. One time I got hit in the head with a volleyball and another time I sprained my ankle when I played soccer. I am a very clumsy person. Even when I am wearing my glasses I still trip when I am walking, I am always dropping things. Another weakness I have is that it takes me longer to undertsand something than it does for others. While others can understand something like math right away I have to constantly go back to my notes and the textbook and review several times before I understand it.
