What a story means to me is a description of events that happen that include imaginary characters and events. Stories are written to entertain people. The most important elements of a story are a good plot, setting , resolution and conflict . These elements keep a story flowing and they make readers follow along . I believe that the plot would be the most important element because no one wants likes a boring and predictable plot. They will refuse to follow on because it will be no longer entertaining. For example, stories like Frankenstein, The Odyssey and To Kill a Mockingbird were very good and popular stories because the plot was unpredictable and interesting.
