I choose this document because I think it was very important for the American people. We can see how the American people are enduring with so many natural disaster, that we have been facing in our history. I can’t image how the people from san Francisco suffered this disaster but in the same time these people become stronger and stronger. In this earthquake died almos 3000 people, even thought it was in different circunstances and differen time, but remaind me what we faced in New York in 2001. I jus want to add that all these crisis make us stronger and I hope that with better hearts,

This is very true. Even with all the differences between people in the US, we all come together in times of crisis. I wonder though, with all the natural disasters and those caused upon us by conflict, if we properly take care of our own citizens rather than the citizens of other nations first and if put in those situations, will we receive the same type of aid?
