Hello Everyone :)

For those of you who don’t know me (and in a class of 400 students I’m guessing that’s just about everyone) my name is Nina.  After a toilsome college decision process I decided to go to Baruch and I guess I kind of like being a Baruch student at the moment.  Even if it means I’m a freshman again and I have to start from the bottom of the totem pole and build my way up.

Oddly enough one of my favorite things to do is blog.  In fact I’ll admit to feeling a little self conscious when one of the first chapters in our psychology book spoke about a woman who was completely fine with sharing her life with hundred of people, because in a way, I do that myself and quite easily.  There’s something so comforting about writing how I feel that I can’t find anywhere else.

But other than blogging I am a closet video-gamer, but don’t get to excited I mostly play Animal Crossing or the Sims.  And you’ll likely find me curled up with a good book (I know I’m nerdy :P) or watching The Office or Modern Family on hulu.

My intended major is Marketing with a minor in Psychology although I’m pretty sure that this will change many times over the course of my next four years at Baruch.  I’m still figuring out what exactly I want to do with the rest of my life, which can seem like a daunting task as the clock ticks away.  My favorite classes so far would include Psychology and Philosophy.  I just love the idea of trying to understand the human mind and why we think the way we do and how this affects us.

I am currently a member of Intervarsity Christian fellowship (if you want to join message me and I’ll give you information) as well as WBMB but I literally had my first meeting a couple of hours ago so I’m still figuring out my footing there.

As mentioned before I am a sporadic blogger and this includes tumblr.  I have a twitter but I think I might have two followers, one being myself so I’ll refrain from posting that link right about now.
