Hi my name is Courtney White. I am a transfer from Iona College, so this is my sophomore year of college. I have lived in the Bronx all my life, and I love every part of it. My major in Baruch is Mathematics with a minor is Psychology ( they generally dont fit in together with a job, but I enjoy both of these Majors so much ).
In Baruch I am part of the Baruch College Softball team =] , which I am so excited about. I love playing softball and I encourage everyone to try and play it one day ! Well besides school stuff I also love to party with friends and family. I am the oldest of 3, but we all spend time with each other.
So now, hmmm let talk about the fun stuff, FOOD ! lol I love food, growing up in the Bronx I have experienced a wide range of food. Being African American I love me so corn bread with steak and collard greens and of course fried chicken ( yummmmm ), but also I love spanish food. My closest friends are puertorican and dominican so I am always eating at their houses, not to mention that my boyfriend Puertorican so of course im always chowing down on his grandmothers cooking !
Other than that, I am very outgoing and easy to talk to. If anyone ever needs to build up a study group for psychology or if your a freshman or transfer and you really dont have alot of people you know, just talk to me on here or add me on facebook ( Courtney White ) and we can hang out. =]
