Hello!

Hey Everyone,

My name is Abhinaya and I’m a Freshman here at Baruch. I came to New York two years ago from India and I’m still fascinated by the city, one of my hobbies is simply walking around the city like a tourist – there are just so many interesting things to take in! My biggest interests are reading books, learning new languages (I currently speak four apart from English), meeting new people and traveling. I will most probably major in Economics and hope to be a lawyer in the future.

Introduction to Psychology has been a very informative class especially since I have a young sister (she is 7 years old) and the chapter about development really explained a lot of things I had observed as she was growing up. Hope everyone is learning a lot in this class like I am.

So far, I’m having a great time at Baruch and am looking forward to an interesting college experience in the next four years.
