Hello Everyone!!!

Hi everybody, my name is Funlola Otukoya. I am really excited to be at Baruch College for this semester. I was born in Brooklyn, NY and I moved to Long Island when I was 4 years old. I enjoy reading, writing and doing volunteer work. My intended major is Economics and I hope to focus on Public Policy. When I was in 11^th grade I started a non-profit to promote education in minority communities. One of our new undertakings is to promote financial literacy so people especially teenagers can make informed decisions. For right now I am loving this class. I took it in high school, so it brings back memories!!! For right now I joined the Finance and Economics Society and I am focusing on that. Hope to speak to you all in the upcoming semester.
