- The research question is explored through a research study design:
Whether the children who are being with highly educated parents learn better or not?
- The variables and concepts are observed and manipulated:
There are two variables: the children who are being with highly educated parents are manipulated; the grades of those children are being observed.
- The type of design which is best for the research question:
The type of design would be experimental because the correlation does not really mean the causation.
- Research method to conduct experiment: Case study
- Independent and dependent variables:
The children who are being with highly educated parents are the independent variable, and the grades of children are the dependent variable in this case study.
The children who are being with highly educated parents can learn better.
- The benefits and implications of this study:
The children who are being with highly educated parents would gain more confidence and more likely to actively learn.
- The challenges of this research and experiment:
There will be some external factors which would affect the academic performance of those children who have highly educated parents is not satisfactory.
- Reflection on the experiment:
The children who are being with highly educated parents can directly gain some effective learning experience and method from their parents.

"1. After reading the reflection writer’s description, what do you think was happening to them during the meditation on a physiological level?
Since meditation helps to calm a person's mind, I believe that meditation improve their emotional state by helping them to better deal with stress and anxiety. Meditation can lead to a deeper level of physical relaxation so that the writer “felt like the weight was lifted off my shoulders during that time” after meditation. It is often said that "the purpose of meditation" is not to stop thoughts from arising, but rather to see them at the very moment that they arise. Hence, the writer tried to stay focus on that moment and “put all my troubles aside for that moment.”
2. Based on your readings throughout the semester, what areas of their central and peripheral nervous systems may have been effected during the meditation?
Meditation activates neural structures involved in attention and control of the autonomic nervous system. It also works in such a way that reduces the work of the sympathetic nervous system and encourages or energizes the work of the parasympathetic nervous system.
3. What questions do you have for the writer about their experience?
I’ve been trying so many times to meditation, but all ended up with failure because I cannot fully focus on my thoughts. What is the best way to stay concentrate on our thoughts during the meditation?
4. Based on the description provided, would you be open to trying the same meditation exercise?
Although I have been trying so many times on meditation and all ended up with failure, I still would like to try the same meditation exercise."

I totally agree with you that remembering some happy memories and at the same time, discarding some others which are not really comfort or unhappy for you. Because sometimes lost also means gains, you might lose some of your memories but meanwhile, you can choose which part of your past can be removed from your own memories and start a new life.
2. How would you feel if this friend did not remember you (imagining that you are their longtime friend)?
I may feel sad and depressed if my longtime friend can’t remember me because we must have had a lot of happy past.
3. What role might you play in helping them reconstruct their memory?
I will be staying by his side and helping him to get back those good memories.
4. Based on what you’ve learned in class and through your readings, what memory encoding, consolidation, and retrieval techniques might you use or teach to help this person recover and reintegrate their memories?
Because attention drives the encoding process, I will always remind him that not to be distracted when we try to recover some memories. Once he recalls some scene, I will lead him trying to repeat the scene to help him further consolidate those memories. I would draw some picture to help him to keep the memories he just recalled because people can remember visual images more easily than verbal description. I will help him retrieval the contents of his recalling by showing the pictures. Moreover, I will gradually integrate those fragmented memories to be more systematic and complete by chronologically arranging them."

However, my favorite two places are Hou Hai and Nan Luo Gu Xiang. Both of them have rich cultural heritage of Beijing and more suitable for young people.
Beijing welcomes you!"
