Getting back on Track!!

The Memory recover process will be a tough task to accomplish, but nothing is impossible. I will start my recovery by looking at pictures, things that I wrote about others, look into my cell phone messages, contacts, even Facebook on my cell phone. I most likely will turn to my family the first time because they are the one’s that take care of my well being and than after that I will search for the friends and other members of the family observed in the pictures, cell phone, Facebook, and try to get information that will help me get back on my life.

It will be an emotional journey all my friends and family will come over to talk about my life and things that happened during my life, and I ll be standing there and just feeling good about things that I did right, and feel depressed about the wrong doings. Also it would be heart breaking because i wouldn’t know anything about my family and my friends, things such as: celebrations, birthdays, and many different things. Hopefully as time goes on I will start to recover all the good memories.

Obviously as everyone, I would choose the good memories, the moments that made me happy in life and recycle  all the negative memories. I believe that this accident will make me happier in some way because I wouldn’t care about bad experiences that happened in the  past, and  move on to a much better life.

Hello, hello !

My name is Altin Krcishta, born and raised most of my life in a little town in Macedonia. So far I am in my junior year as a international student. I came into U.S. in 2007 as a exchange student in Minnesota, and graduated high school from the same State in 2008. In Fall 2008 I came into New York and started my freshman year at College of Staten Island, I had pretty good two semesters there, than I transferred to Baruch for more challenging education. Here I am know with one more year to finish my Bachelors Degree in Accounting. If anyone has any question feel free to ask??

"1. After reading the reflection writer’s description, what do you think was happening to them during the meditation on a physiological level? During the meditation process, it seemed as if the writer cleared their mind and started avoiding different situations and relaxed. 2. Based on your readings throughout the semester, what areas of their central and peripheral nervous systems may have been effected during the meditation? The sympathetic was affected during the meditation. The sympathetic nervous system wasn't active which caused the anxiety level to fall. 3. What questions do you have for the writer about their experience? You stated that before meditation, your physical tension was at 8 but after meditation, your physical tension was at 3. How did it increase? 4. Based on the description provided, would you be open to trying the same meditation exercise? I would because the stress is increasing now especially with the finals coming up I definitively need a meditation sample like this."

"I think that it would be a great idea to do a research where we can find out when we learn more paying full attention to the lecture or split the attention between lecture and note taking. In my own experience I think that in both cases I personaly reacted the same as long as the attention is in class and not outside of class either way the students will understand the lecture. As I said it is a good idea to find out in how different people act in both situations above mention. Great reflection!!"

"Hey David! First time in America I heard someone that likes to play ping pong. I played ping pong since I was 13, and also played in the state league back home in Macedonia. I wish you good luck in choosing your major?"
