Hello!

Hi Everyone!  My name is Allison.  I grew up on Long Island and graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2008.  At URI, I studied Fashion Merchandising and Art.  After graduating I started working at a jewelry company in the city.  It was a wholesale company, where I was doing both design and production.  After a year and a half at this job, I decided I wanted to leave, and work at my family business.  My family runs children sleep away camps upstate New York.  I work for the camps full time year round, learning different aspects of the business, and am also taking classes in Camp Administration.  I just spent my first summer at camp working on the Administrative staff in the office. Before that, I used to be the Arts and Crafts counselor, so I am an expert at Popsicle sticks, friendship bracelets, and tie-dye.  One of the best parts of my summer was going up in a seaplane and taking pictures of the camps from above, but I also had just as much fun making candy sushi with the youngest campers.  I say that I get the best of both worlds now, living in New York City during the year, and at camp during the summer.  I have been living in the West Village for a little over 2 years.

I am taking Psychology classes at Baruch, so that I can eventually go to Graduate school for Art Therapy.

"Hey Christina. I just saw Maroon 5 in concert at the end of the summer. They are a fun band to see live."
