As most people wake up from a serious illness or event, I suppose family and friends supporting you would be an immediate comfort. They would tell you the basics of what your life has been like although they might take advantage of this to change you. I would probably look all around places I’ve been before my whole life and see if what I see now corresponds to what I used to see in hopes that I might remember and glean some information about life before the mysterious falling object. Places like my home and schools are primarily what I’ve spent most of my life in and so I would search these areas first.
The emotional part of the journey might come after remembering everything since if everything was forgotten, everything would be foreign. As the journey begins, probably frustration and confusion for things people expect you to know but you can’t bring yourself to recall. Afterwards, there might be a sense of deja vu when seeing places that were familiar or some sense of nostalgia.
I think I would try to remember as much as possible from the incident as all the experiences I’ve had shaped me into who I am. To not remember negative experiences for connivence sounds a lot like running away from who you are. If you wanted to change yourself, you should do it consciously rather than use some lame excuse like (retrograde) amnesia.

Hello

Hey everyone, my name is Ga Ho Lin. This is my second year at Baruch and it’s alright so far. I took Psychology because it was one of those classes you have to take but it’s pretty interesting now and I’ve learned alittle. So hopefully, it’ll continue being a wonderful class.

"1. After reading the reflection writer’s description, what do you think was happening to them during the meditation on a physiological level? On a psychological level, he felt relaxed and as the mental state began relaxing by letting go of other thoughts, maybe the physical exertions felt the day before also faded to some extent. 2. Based on your readings throughout the semester, what areas of their central and peripheral nervous systems may have been effected during the meditation? The brainstem and frontal lobe are areas that were effected, the frontal lobe and the brainstem were controlling the voluntary movements such as breathing that would normally be subconscious. The ANS was effected by lowering the respiration and heart rate so he would feel less stressed. 3. What questions do you have for the writer about their experience? How would you apply these techniques during a stressful situation such as during a game? 4. Based on the description provided, would you be open to trying the same meditation exercise? The descriptions seemed very positive and praised yoga. It seems like something that would be enjoyable to do but you wouldn't really think you needed to do."

"This is an interesting topic as there are always ongoing debates about how money can often give an advantage resulting in higher test scores which can lead to many things such as entering better schools and landing better careers. Although these kind of tests are similar to the SATs so instead of taking additional tests, there is always the option to analyze those tests and the family's incomes."
