- Today with technology, students are starting to use ipads, laptops, smart phones and other tablet devices to take notes for all of their classes. SO the question is which one can help you improve, new technology or “old fashion” writing with a pen to paper. What I am looking to observe is the laptop versus a notebook. I want to conduct an experimental research to see if technology can boost, lower or keep grades of the students the same. The research method I would use is a case study. I would take a handful of students and give them laptops to do classwork and study with, then test them 2 weeks later. Then I would give another group of students notebooks for classwork and studying and also test them 2weeks later. The students would be the dependent variable and the laptop and notebook as the independent variable. I feel that the students writing would obtain higher grades because all senses are being used. With the laptop everything is more visual than anything. The students would benefit in terms of them having and understanding of what method can improve there grades. I thought that I wouldnt get any data that would answer my hypothesis. I think that being the tests alternately for each group would also show if the group with the laptops get tested with the notebook method it would show if they made an improvement with grades or not.

"1. After reading the reflection writer’s description, what do you think was happening to them during the meditation on a physiological level?
-I think on a physiological level, they started to relax their mind first in order to relax their body. once someone is able to control their thoughts, it is a big help in trying to calm your body especially in yoga. Concentration becomes a lot better for the person.
2. Based on your readings throughout the semester, what areas of their central and peripheral nervous systems may have been effected during the meditation?
-Endorphins are small, protein molecules that are produced by cells in your nervous system and other parts of your body. The endorphins help control stress and fustration as well and ease any pain.
3. What questions do you have for the writer about their experience?
-After doing this assignment how often would you do yoga as a part of your busy schedule?
4. Based on the description provided, would you be open to trying the same meditation exercise?
-I've done yoga but I've been wanting to try a Hot yoga class where you are in a sauna like room doing yoga for about an hour. It is suppose to release any toxins in the body and help you lose more weight. Also it helps you control your body in extreme temperature."

It would bother me a lot because i would be concerned with the fact if you would ever get your memory back and if you didn't we would have to start our friendship over. Creating new memories are fun but they aren't as meaningful as really old one's. And having insiders wouldn't be much fun either especially if you don't remember anything. I would feel like i lost my friend. Pictures always help and favorite shows an movies. Also any captured video's or saved dialogues between the both of us. Calling you by nicknames might also help but along with all of this it would make sense to explain everything behind it."
