Memory

First of all to begin the process I would go spend time with my family and friends. Trying to remember who they are and some memory we had. Then go back to old place I had a memory with them at such as school home and hangout spots. Then I will go visit place that a impact or that gave me a good time. Trying to put all the memory together. Also if there are pictures I would try to go through it and try to see if I can get any memories from it.

During the time I was trying to get all my memory back. I felt very tired cause there was so much things happen in my mind. Trying to force myself to get all my memory back. I should have to my time and ease into all the events and people in my life. After a while through the process I felt more happy because I was able to get memory and back that helps motivate me to continue and strive harder to try to get all the memory back. Although the process was very stressful because I wanted all the memory back eventually when I felt the the process is working it decrease my stress.

If I was able to choose which memory I can remember I will choose all my memory. I would choose all my memory because things happen in life not matter its happy, sad or hard it help shape the person of who I am. So without some of those memory or event that impacted me it might change the person of who I am. Also I will choose all the memory because a person must go through everything life no matter its positive or negative memory it still created a memory for me.

"After reading the reflection writer’s description, what do you think was happening to them during the meditation on a physiological level? After reading the reflection, during the meditation the level of her mood became more calm and relaxed. Her body was at peace with her mind. The meditation help somewhat fix her and took away some tension. Based on your readings throughout the semester, what areas of their central and peripheral nervous systems may have been effected during the meditation? The parasympathetic nervous system is the location where everything becomes more calm and stable. It also those thoughts of calmness gets transported to the mind which is why meditation helps calm and relaxes a person. What questions do you have for the writer about their experience? A question that I have for the writer is that would she say meditation was a very effective technique in helping her calm down and also what was going through her mind during the meditation. Based on the description provided, would you be open to trying the same meditation exercise? Based on what I have read about the writer's experience with meditation I was consider trying to do some mediation exercise because it seems like meditation did help the writer calm down and relax. I also am going to a stressful time so I will consider do the meditation exercise."

"I agree with the above comments. The research can't be conducted due to the age problem. My hypothesis will be that kids that are intoxicated would to worst. But that't not always the case because the amount alcohol has different effect on people. I agree with the person above that caffeine would be a better choice then alcohol. Other suggestion would be like if hunger affects the grade on the SAT. Another suggest would be do it with a different group of people who are older. Like if people perform just as well in work intoxicated or not. The drawback is that young people shouldn't be drinking."
