Memory Yeah!

  1. Well, the first thing I would do is spend time with the people that I know was apart of my life. They can be my parents, relatives, and friends. This will also be a good time to review my Facebook.
  2. Recovering memory will be a long and frustrating process. How will you know if someone is lying to you or not? It will probably get to the point where I’ll either disregard everything or accept everything. The important thing would be to get exposed to as many familiar things possible, this can fortunately cause spontaneous recovery.
  3. I would try to recover most of my memory, whether if it is negative or positive. The reason is because I like myself. I like who I have become. Of-course, I am not perfect, and far from it but I like the feeling of accomplishment. I like to challenge myself. We are who we are because of our memories.

Hello!

Hi! My name is John Ortiz. I transferred from Binghamton University. This is my first semester at Baruch College. Like most of you, my major is finance and investments. I am also a pre-med student. I was born in the Dominican Republic but I grow up here in Manhattan. I finished my last two years of high school in the Dominican Republic at a school called “El Dominico Americano” (Class of 2007); It was awesome, imagine “senior skip day” at a beach resort! I am known as the “techie” of my family. For those of you who do not know what a techie is, a techie is a person who is good with manipulating technical gadgets such as computers, cellphones, etc. My favorite class thus far would have to be Cell molecular biology but I am growing fond of this class so we will see by the end of this semester.

A video that would pretty much sum me up would be this one… http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mq2Bt0C4ZeI

But quite frankly, I would like to be more like this guy… http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gAYL5H46QnQ

"My hypothesis would be that students with a shorter commute time will average higher with grades than students who have a longer commute time. You can maybe have students record their study time. To compare amount of study time to length of commute. If the students are picked at random they should be categorized according to life-style. Like I previously said, you can do a correlational study between amount of study time and length of commute."
