"i dont think the result of this research is accurate because "immigrant student" is too board. There are a lot of factors influence the GPA, such as the culture of a country, family background and the age. There is so many confounding variables in your study. If there are so many confounding variables in a study, you cant find what really affect the GPA. For example, Japanese immigrant students may be more mentally strong and focused in school than US born students while Chinese immigrant students are not. Then, if you conclude that immigrant students do better than US born students, I dont think it is correct. Moreover, when you said student, does high school student different from the college student? My suggestion is more specific, like Chinese immigrant college student VS US born college student."

"First at all, welcome to Baruch College!! I would said Baruch is the most difficult college as far I have. I studied in Queens College in my freshmen year and transfered to hunter college for one semaster and finally came to Baruch. However, if you are majoring in Finance just because the job opportunities, you might want to think twice before you declar your major!! I am sure that Psy would help you or me to better understand ourselves. Then, you may find what you really like and interest in. Working something you enjoyed is more important than working for money."
