Hey there,
My name is Natasha Cepeda. This is my second semester here at Baruch. I would like to major in business management. I already have an associates degree in the baking & pastry arts from The Culinary Institute of America upstate in Poughkeepsie. The first two years there was the cooking part and the next two would have been the business aspect. It was just too expensive and the business program was not that impressive – so I decided to come to Baruch. I have a job that I work on the weekends as a pastry line cook. I absolutely love what I do. Here is a video just to get an idea of what I do at my job! =]
Michelin Star Meal Preparation
I was born and raised in Queens, NYC. My father is from the Dominican Republic and my mother was born here, but her parents are Polish. We are a family that loves to travel – this past summer my family and I went to Rio de Janiero, Brazil. I also love going out to eat, reading, swimming, and just trying new things as well.
