A. I was pretty relaxed all day, I was working in the SEEK office so i just talked to people. I showed people a picture of my new cat. No stress at all.
B. I started my report that’s due Wednesday a few hours ago so my anxiety level is a bit higher, but still pretty low, about a 3 out 10
C. Body tension, maybe a 4.5, I’ve been cracking my back and neck all day, no bueno, and my feet are a little tired
Ok meditating now………….
A. I’m still pretty relaxed, I do feel a bit more awake now, less groggy.
B.I finished my report so I feel zero anxiety, wohooooo,
C.A lot less body tension, me feet don’t hurt as much and I stopped cracking my back every 30seconds, which is a good thing. I didn’t really experience anything supernatural. I guess I didn’t go into like super-deep meditation. I focused on breath a lot so I guess that helped me relax. Yes, I would try this again, maybe when I’m get home, I’ll try to see if I can dry an ice-cold towel. I used to take yoga back in high school. and we use to do this kind of thing, it was pretty dope. Sorry to whoever reads this, I feel like my meditation was uninteresting.

My name is Raul Torres, and I sit in seat E2. I like M&Ms and cats. I’m obsessed with cats, I think I got it from my mom. Anyways, a few things about me, I played football in high school with Phillip Choe, who sits on the other side of the Psychology class, I dance salsa, I’m very awesome, and I love Epicmealtime.
I have no major yet, but hopefully I’ll find what I like, and I’m horrible in math. So If anyone wants to be my study buddy post a comment or something.

"Thumbs up to your first few sentences, I would look through ever family album in my house, and probably every facebook picture(all 15 gazillion of them) and hopefully my memory rushes back to me, like that movie(I forgot the name of it.)"

If students are put into groups and are aware that they are being strictly observed they will act very different, none of them would go on facebook and check his/her twitter. I think this is an example of the 'Hawthorne effect' which is the idea that people act differently when they know the are being watched. Instead I think a naturalistic observation would be the best way to go about this experiment, something like secretly watching student in class to see who goes on facebook, and then comparing that to their grades, but then you also have to take into consideration their personal study habits, soooooooooooooo(sorry for writing so much) to sum everything up, naturalistic observation, and then maybe a pop-quiz at the end of the same class. hopefully you read all this, tell me what you think."

Are you secretly some kind of genius?
Because if you are, I would like to know your secret?"

It was pretty awesome, not the fact that she had a tumor, but that we were able to see how doctors learned that certain parts of the brain control certain actions. I also like the stroke video, I almost cried."
