Mind support needed

I would like to turn to my friends and family for help to recover my memory. I would ask them to bring me to people and places that I used to go to. hopefully that’d jog my memory a bit. I don’t think I would like to return to the scene of the accident because that would only be a bad memory for me that I probably wouldn’t need.

I think I would probably feel hopeless and useless while trying to get my memories back. But I may also feel like I’m going back in time, reliving all the moments that I lost could be a fun thing as well. I truly wouldn’t know how it would feel like because I’ve never or never known anyone that had to go through this process.

If I had the choice of which memories to get back, I wouldn’t leave any out because I  believe our memories make up who we are. Whether good or bad memories they reflect the way we act.

您好 (hellooooooooooooo, the Seinfeld hello)

My names CG for short. Im a senior finally taking the class. I was a transfer from City Tech college in Brooklyn. I received an associates in accounting and marketing from  there. Now im here for BA in Finance. At this point in time I’M tired of school and just want to get out lol. I’m currently interning at The College Board, the place where the SATs go and going to school full time. So my days are pretty packed. But you know how it goes, work hard now and play hard later!

"1. After reading the reflection writer’s description, what do you think was happening to them during the meditation on a physiological level? On a physiological level, he was trying to clear his mind which was difficult for him because there were a few things going on it his mind and background. 2. Based on your readings throughout the semester, what areas of their central and peripheral nervous systems may have been effected during the meditation? the neurons where being told to slow things down in the meditation in order to relax. 3. What questions do you have for the writer about their experience? how is this supposed to help the person meditation? 4. Based on the description provided, would you be open to trying the same meditation exercise? yes I would so I can see if it can help me in any way."

"First I would like to say Coke and Pepsi are very different!!! I am a coke drinker and can immediately taste the difference. They are not 99% identical in taste. Its a tough question, I think it depends on whether the student like to drink soda in the first place. Then if they do drink soda, then they make like or dislike the beverage they are given. If they like it, then they may do better. If they don't like what their drinking, they may or may not do better. I believe there is too many variables to think of to complete this test. Maybe the test would work better to give students who actually like to drink Coke or Pepsi the drink and others just give them something else. This experiment doesn't seem to be harmful in any way. I would like to try using red bull and coffee to duplicate this experiment."

"What would be your hypothesis of the study’s outcome? I believe the group that isn't intoxicated will do better all the time. Being drunk lessens a lot of skills that a person has, like they obviously wouldn't be able to even walk to the room normally or even see the test correctly because of their impaired vision. What suggestions do you have for the researcher on how to improve or adjust the proposed study? Maybe you should do this test on an older group of students. Maybe people in college. I'm pretty sure its illegal and unethical to get minors intoxicated for an experiment. Are there any drawbacks or potential harmful impacts of this research design (or results?) Like I said before, its illegal for minors to be intoxicated so the test is very harmful and cannot be performed. What would be the NEXT STEP after this hypothetical research study were conducted and presented to the public? Can you propose a replication with a good twist? That’s often how research works and how the field is able to advance. Maybe you can think up a great Follow Up study! I believe the research study has to be redeveloped for it to work."

"first there is a typo in the post. higher grade for longer sleepers and lower grades with short sleeps. i think its an interesting idea. I always thought that the more someone slept the better they would feel during the day because they are more energized. sleep rejuvenates the body. a problem with this experiment is that i believe most students don't get enough sleep whether or not they go to school full class. but i maybe wrong. i personally don't get nowhere near an average or 8hrs of sleep every week."

"HEY. i figured this is a good way to break the ice. (start a conversation to get to know each other i guess since we'll be sitting next to each other for the rest of the semester) So Michelle, I'm guessing you weren't born in the US. If you need help with some English writing, you could ask me and I help you as much as I can. I was also transferred to Baruch from City Tech. I was an Accounting major but I had to change majors because of cost accounting, but don't let that discourage you. Some people can get it and some people can't and that's all there is too it. see you in class."
