HELLOOO :)

Hi! I’m Valentina. I was born in Argentina, but i grew up in Ecuador. My parents decided to move to Ecuador when I was about 2, and about 4 years ago me, my mom and sister moved to New York. I’m not going to lie, the new language and everything made it hard, but I got used to it and now I love this city.

I’m a really happy, friendly and energetic person. I’m honest, responsible and crazy at the same time (in the good sense). I think my family and friends r the most important thing for me. I also rather have 5 true friends than 100 people called “friends,” and i love people for who they are and not what they do or have. I love dancing, traveling, eating and the beach. Some day I want to travel the world, or at least as much as i can. I cant wait to meet all these places, people and cultures.

This is my first semester at Baruch, and I’m loving it. I transferred from BMCC and I’m a business major, but I’m still not sure if I want to go for accounting or economics. I would say my favorite class this semester is logic so far because i find it really different from how I expected it to be. I’m also enjoining psychology and all the in class experiments. I haven’t join to any club or organization this semester because my schedule between school and work don’t let me, but I’ll try next semester.

I attached this picture because I think it says a lot about me. Its me and my dad in Cusco-Peru, excited to go to Machu Picchu for the first time

This pretty much describes me and I’ll see you next class.

Chao! =)

"I would have to agree with looking at pictures and talking with family, friends, and co-workers. The best and only thing you can do is try to get some glimpse of memory back. Hopefully these people will try and help you, but dealing with memory loss is not simple. Another big problem is the shock you would receive from your friends or family. The idea of a whole new personality or life surprising you could have a massive effect. The recovery process would best be taken slow and easy. Slowly introduce memories in order of their life. So they would learn their life in the order of it happening."

"I think this is a great experiment. And I agree with you and your hypothesis that homework don't really help students more. At the same time, I think it varies from the subject that its been taught. As an example, math requires a lot of practice and students do need homework on that subject because an hour period would not give teachers or professors enough time to teach and tons of practice on all the points they have to go over each class."

"hey, ok so I'm a coke drinker too and i can tell you that the taste is really different. Besides that, I think this would be a really good experiment and it would tell more differences about this too big companies that are always been compared."

"I liked your post and how u did it with all your pictures =) Its funny because i love long walks to relax too. How do you do with two jobs and school though? I just transferred to Baruch this semester and became full time at my job like 2 months ago and so far is fine cause school just started although I already need some more sleep. But I have the feeling that it's going to get really bad haha idk"
