- How would you begin the process of recovering your memory? Who would you turn to, where would you search, and how would you proceed?
I would first find the support from my family and old friends. I would look at the old pictures and videos while my family and friends tell me the things related to the pictures and me. My family and friends would also take me to the places where I lived before, especially the places where special things happened to me. For example, I would visit the playground near my grandma’s home because I broke my chin over there. Furthermore, I will do the things again with my family and friends in the same place in order to trace the memory.
2.Please describe the emotional journey you imagine you would be going through as you attempt to reconstruct your life. Imagine the feelings you would have.
At first, I probably would feel anxiety and confused because I cannot remember anything happened before the injury. After that, I probably would feel lots of love from my family and friends because they still love me so much and help me recover my memory. I would become happy and excited when I progress day by day.
3.Suppose you were able to pick and choose the memories you wanted to recover from your life. What types of memories would you choose to retain and what types of memories might you decide to edit out of your remembered experience? Positive, negative, painful, happy, angry, frightened, etc. Please elaborate and explain some your decision making process
If I were able to pick and choose the memories that I wanted to recover from my life, I would choose to retain the happy memories and edit out the painful and bitter memories. I think that it is kind of luck to edit out some of our memories because those painful memories just would come back to mind over and over again even though things have passed for a long period of time.

"1. After reading the reflection writer’s description, what do you think was happening to them during the meditation on a physiological level?
The level of physical tension has decreased from level 9 to level 4. Her muscles became relaxed gradually during the meditation.
2. Based on your readings throughout the semester, what areas of their central and peripheral nervous systems may have been effected during the meditation?
Meditation reduces the work of the sympathetic nervous system and energizes the work of the parasympathetic nervous system.
Based on my reading throughout the semester, the areas of prefrontal cortex, hippocampus, and cingulate cortex may have been effected during the meditation.
3. What questions do you have for the writer about their experience?
How long it takes to feel relaxed? You said that you chose a meditation of Guided body scan by Gil Fronsda. Were you following the instruction written on the book or actually attended his class?
4. Based on the description provided, would you be open to trying the same meditation exercise?
Yes, I would be open to trying the same meditation exercise because it seems that it really works."

I agree with that people may not take survey seriously. Therefore, a better way to get a reliable result would be randomly selecting participants from college students. After that, we can group students who normally do not eat breakfast into one group and students who eat breakfast regularly into another group. Then we compare the learning outcomes from different groups.
There are no potential harmful impacts of this research design
The next step after this hypothetical research study were conducted and presented to the public would be the effects of having different types of breakfast on learning? For example, we can conduct experiment to see whether or not so called “healthy” breakfast enhances learning more than “junk” breakfast does?"

I also heard that Baruch college is so hard, however, I think that classes are not easy in any college without hard working. I hope that you all did well on the first exam which was given today."
