Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing this latter to express my interest in the Product Management Internship position for IBM. As a student pursuing a Bachlor or Business Adminsatration degree in Computer Information Systems at Baruch College with minor in Economics , I am deeply drawn to IBM’s mission to deliver client first, innovative solutions through data-driven and human centered product development. With a strong foundation in user support, administrative coordination, and youth led outreach, I am confident in my ability to contribute meaningfully to IBM’s forward thinking teams.

In my current role as a Computer Lab Assistant at Baruch College, I assist students and faculty with technical support and system troubleshooting, ensuring a smooth and user friendly experience. This role has sharpened my ability to listen to user needs, communicate clearly, and solve problems quickly qualities that align closely with a product manager’s day-to-day responsibilities. My past experience as an Administrative Assistant at the NYC Department of Education I was involved in promoting student programs, managing lab equipment, and supporting school operations, which taught me how to coordinate projects, streamline communication, and support a wide range of stakeholders.

Beyond my work experience, I serve as the Secretary & Marketing Lead for MUNA Youth and Event Coordinator for Baruch MSA, where I lead digital outreach, organize community events, and collaborate with diverse teams. These roles have given me first-hand experience in managing logistics, creating content for specific audiences, and delivering impact driven programs which is similar to the cross functional collaboration required in product management.

What excites me most about IBM is your commitment to innovation, ethical AI, and problem solving at scale. I am eager to learn from experienced IBM product managers and contribute to user research, product planning, and digital engagement efforts. I bring with me a growth mindset, a deep curiosity about technology’s role in shaping the future, and a passion for solving meaningful problems to contribute to a more efficient way of living on earth

I bring a strong foundation in user-focused communication, and event coordination, backed by hands-on experience in both academic and community settings. My skills in organization, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving make me well-prepared to contribute to IBM’s mission of building innovative, user-centered products.
