Poke Lunch

I ordered takeout from the store called Pokework. It is located at 117 E 41st St.I was excited to try their menu because i like poke a lot. It has been like my hobby to try out every poke store to find out the right one where I can visit every time. I feel happy to say that this store won’t disappoint you. The staff was nice to me. The menu was pretty similar like all the poke usually have. But, they have kale noodles which you can choose as the base of your poke bowl which was new for me.
I ordered my poke bowl with kale noodles as my base, ahi tuna, and spicy tuna were proteins, edamame, cucumbers, kani, orange and mango as the topping and seaweed and lotus root chips for the crunch. for the dressing, I chose spicy mayo. They’ll build your poke bowl with love and care which is why I’ll definitely go back to them . The kale noodles tasted good, the fish was fresh and the combination of everything was delicious. One thing that made me sad was the portion of the bowl was not worth it for the amount I paid. The total amount I paid was $14.
