I found very interesting video in the internet, discussing about body language. You know, your body language is very important during the presentation. It can communicate to your audience many things, such as your emotions, feelings, self-esteem, etc. Usually, speakers who do not feel comfortable talking in front of the crowd stand stiff and close, instead of being active, open and alive to successfully deliver your message. However, can you fight the bothering feeling inside of you? Psychologist Amy Cuddy talks about “power posing” that can overcome your fright and help you feel more comfortable, and maybe even superior before the audience. I have to admit that Amy’s talk is very inspiring. I followed her advice and I certainly became better at my body language and at my presentations. Please, see the video about how “power posing” can change, and shape your mind, setting it up for success. Moreover, please follow to TED talks. Most of them very informative and sometimes even inspiring!
