I went to a pop up restaurant last week. What is a pop up restaurant? It’s where foodies rent out a space such as a retail store, outside space or even an art gallery and convert it to a restaurant for a small amount of time. The problem with this is it can be difficult to obtain a proper food permit and the cooking conditions can be dangerous as there isn’t always proper electricity and cooking surfaces. Although the food was divine, the chefs looked like they were having a terrible time cooking under those conditions. Too bad they didn’t know about the Restaurant for Hire, Inc. space that is a full restaurant space for rent. Hey are you interested in hosting a pop up restaurant? I know just the place!
