One of my favorite things to eat is chocolate. I love chocolate chip cookies especially and so I would like to share a recipe on how to make these delicious cookies.

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degress F. Get yourself  2 large bowls where you will be able to mix the ingredients also a non stick baking sheet to place the cookies in.

Things that go in the bowl:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups of all purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 3/4 of sugar
  • 3/4 brown sugar
  • 1 package of chocolate chips

Start by mixing flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.In the other bowl mix the butter, sugar and brown sugar than add 1 egg at a time than once you added both eggs mix in the rest of the ingredients from the first bowl. Slowly add the chocolate chips in the bowl. Now you take a small round spoon take some mix and drop it on the baking sheet. This recipe makes about 4 dozens. Bake for 9-11 minutes depends are good your oven is. Once they are out of the oven make sure to cool them before removing them from the baking sheet. When they have finally cooled down pour yourself a glass of cold milk grab a cookie and enjoy!

I agree that chocolate tastes good. I try not to eat too much, however dark chocolate is very healthy. I really like chocolate donuts. When I go to Dunkin Donuts, I only buy chocolate donuts. Maybe you should think about trying a homemade version of your cookie dough with ice cream. Who knows? This could give Ben & Jerry’s some competition. If they could invent ‘Taste of Linsanity’ and sell it only at Harvard Square, maybe your new taste creation could become the new Baruch sensation.
