Hello, my name is Nahin Khan I am a current undergraduate student majoring in finance and minoring in communications at Cuny Baruch College. I was born and raised in Queens, New York, and I would like to work in commercial real estate. I have some exposure to the industry via a property management internship I participated in at JLL in the summer of 2022 and an upcoming Summer Analyst Commerical Real Estate role at JP Morgan Chase Commerical Banking for the Summer of 2023.

Outside of college and work, I am a big fan of basketball my favorite team is the Brooklyn Nets. I am also a fan of soccer my favorite team is Arsenal in the Barclays Premier League. Additionally, I am an automotive enthusiast my favorite car is the Porsche 911 992 GT3. My biggest hobby is researching and learning about new topics. I like finding a new topic every couple of months that I find interesting and then try to learn as much about it as possible.
