Ideally I would like to be able to conduct me expert interview with a leader from Farmer’s Fridge since they are my key competitor. Luckily, I have been able to reach out to a few people on LinkedIn. These people are Jess Martin (COO), Meghan Hurley (Head of Marketing), Lisa Bomrad (CPO), and Phillip Quackenboss (General Manager). I would like to ask them these questions; What are some problems you face when figuring out how to replace the food in the fridges?, What are some challenges the company faced in its first year of operations?, and Why are you not targeting the college student market as much as the other markets? I hope to gain a better understanding of how much labor will be required when beginning the main operations of my company. I also hope to learn from there mistakes and use the information to make better decisions. If my messages go unanswered I will try and contact the schools Campus Facilities and Operations department to get a better understanding of how adding new concessions on campus works.
