EBSCOhost lets users click on a Permalink (on the right side) which gives the user a permanent URL.
This feature does not work with Internet Explorer, only with Firefox. It is a known issue they are working to resolve.

A reminder that the permanent URL needs to have the proxy server URL appended to it so the link can work off campus as well as on campus.
