What is innovation to me?
- When an individual tinkers with a product or an idea and adjusted it or improves it to fit a specific market. For example, In 1903, Crayola, the crayon’s company, had a simple charcoal and oil formula. After the company took the initiative to researched, they realized that the crayons were too toxic for kids. They decided to change its formula and add wax instead of oil. Their ability to innovate gave them the realization that the crayons were less toxic, more studier, and easier to handle.
