What is your research question/rhetorical situation?

Is quite difficult to answer, but the question that helped me to write my essay was; What is a memory? What it takes to form a memory?

What is your connection to rhetorical situation and why are you uniquely placed to write about it?

There is a fear to forget everything that I learned so far, especially when it comes to mental diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease that is responsible of the death of 120,000 Americans in 2021. Thinking that one day that Ill become old and my body cannot work the same as today but most scary part is the idea that my mind will deteriorate to the point I might forget who I am.

Where do you imagine your writing “existing”? (newspaper, magazine, youtube, personal blog)

Depending how much information I want to share with the people, it can become an important message that will be presented in the news, if I want to share with a younger audience connected to the internet, a youtube video will be really helpful.

Who is your target audience? Anyone but most importantly, students who want to learn more about their mind capacities, nurses and the healthcare system to attend the problem of mental health diseases. But also for family members that are struggling to take care of their loves ones suffering mental health issues. But at the same time, to anyone who wants to have a better understanding to themselves.

What form will your writing take? (Research paper, narrative, letter, script.) Research paper or maybe a letter?

Why is this form the most effective way to communicate to your target audience? It might helpful to talk face to face, so they can have a better connection with the speaker and information. But also if I want to share this information I have to improve my writing skills and using evidence and personal stories to connect with my audience not by exposing with difficult information to process such as numbers and scientific language but also with stories from other people to create connections, to relate with others,

What is the value you’re trying to impart on your audience? Awareness to the human mind, and the understanding to mental health issues that affects the lives of millions of Americans. A value of self-awareness of their mental state and how it process information for future events, but also for those who have a loved one suffering mental health issues to be more understanding or considerate of their situation,
