My name is Raniery Hierro. I am a Freshman at Baruch College and pursuing a major in Entrepreneurship.  Growing up around friends and family that had there own small business and that inspired me to purse entrepreneurship to one day grow up and have my own business. I am proficient in Spanish and English. I was a part of a basketball team and still am interested in sports because it taught me how to work better as a team and develop the skills to work together which I will use at a job. Traveling is also something that I am interested in because you learn more about people and their culture. These interests will help me in the future when I pursue a career in Entrepreneurship because I know how to speak and bond with people about their cultures and appeal to them, and as I said to speak to people in English and Spanish. Positive qualities that I offer are my integrity, being independent, adaptability, time management and problem solving in a work space. I have worked at a cleaning company that cleans big commercial buildings and since I want to build up my own business now I have the knowledge of what goes behind each role that the company needs to run a successful business.
