DISCO Party
I chose the DISCO genre because it has a recognizable aesthetic.
When I think about DISO I think about bright colors, a disco ball and a dance floor, which is why I chose to keep those elements from the mood board to the poster.
The people dancing reminded me of the theme because of their pose and the women’s pants. The colors of the text below are taken from this drawing. The font of the title has kind of a round shape which reminds me of the 80s.
I also kept the confetti from the mood board. In the mood board, they are animated which gives a dynamic dimension.
