☑ Schedule an Appointment and Meet with a CTL Advisor
Each seminar participant is expected to discuss their work on the artifact during a one-on-one consultation with a member of the CTL staff. You can go ahead and schedule that now using our appointment system here. Please schedule and have your appointment before January 21, 2022. If you are unable to for any reason, please let us know in order to make other arrangements.
☑ Submit a Teaching Artifact
At the completion of the seminar, you’ll be expected to draft and submit a teaching artifact that reflects your plan to foster student engagement in your course (i.e. sample discussion board prompt, revised assignment, etc.). The teaching artifact you submit should build upon and revise previous pedagogical work for the course. You’ll be asked first to submit the original materials you’d like to review and revise.
Submit your revised Teaching Artifact and Cover Letter by replying to the email you received from us. Submissions are due January 21, 2022 Attach or include your materials in any document format you like, but please title the files you send us something similar to this template: “Lastname_TeachingArtifact_F21.”
