The Importance of CSR and Training Program

In this semester’s English 2150T class study, I started with the understanding of corporate social responsibility, through the use of academic and non-academic resources, through the issuance of questionnaires, and finally through the training program to achieve corporate social responsibility. What is corporate social responsibility? Corporate social responsibility is a business model that companies follow to take on their social responsibilities to consumers, communities and the environment. It aims to make a positive contribution to the environment, consumers and society. Why is the training program? The enterprise training plan is only one aspect of corporate social responsibility. Enterprises can achieve a win-win situation by taking some good measures to train those who do not receive traditional education or high school diploma.

The training program is the goal of supporting corporate social responsibility, which can enrich corporate training and communication. Corporate social responsibility can promote changes related to culture and value system. When CSR links the best values of an organization with those of its stakeholders, we can see the synergistic effect of win-win for all parties. Enterprises will also gradually realize the value of linking training program directly to the planning and business departments. So corporate social responsibility needs a training program. Enterprises train their employees to realize their value and contribute to the success of the company. Through the practice of corporate social responsibility, enterprises can better realize their impact on society. It can also improve the company’s image in the eyes of customers, and even enhance the company’s reputation. Therefore, the training program can have an impact on enterprises and society, and it is important for enterprises to participate in corporate social responsibility. On the other hand, companies use training program as a recruitment tool. It attracts motivation, diligence, enthusiasm, and people who want to thrive in the training program. They are also very willing to develop a credible entry-level training program for skills development so that the company can benefit in the long run. And well-trained employees are usually more confident in their abilities, more involved in their work, and more likely to want to stay in the organization and assume leadership roles. So training program can improve productivity.

Through this semester of corporate social responsibility research and practice, let me have more motivation to learn more about financial knowledge. Finally, thank you so much for being a professor Belmihoub that cares for each individual student.
