For our video project, I will mostly be editing the video. Both Sofiya and I express our opinions, and share what work we need to do to get the video in the direction we are hoping to go. The video is meant to be more personal, so we each have (and still are) rummaging through old pictures, as well as recent ones for the video. We aren’t acting for the video, but instead using our photos over the years to depict our overall theme of youth. The idea is difficult for us to effectively convey our message to a specific demographic, as we are relying solely on photographs and the topic is quite broad. For us, the video is meant to discuss transitions and choices, especially for college students who are still considering or reconsidering what career path they wish to go to. Without giving much away, we intend for the video to have a sense of nostalgia as we continue putting it together.
