Central Park is an 843-acre urban landscaped park located in the borough of Manhattan in New York City. The large park includes 25,000 trees, seven bodies of water, 136 acres of woodlands, 250 acres of lawns, 58 miles of walking paths as well as some access to cars, and 36 bridges and arches. Its boundaries are 59th St to the south, 110th St to the north, with 8th and 5th Avenues on its west and east sides respectively. It is the fifth largest park in NYC, but the most visited park in the world. Central Park receives approximately 37.5 million visitors annually. It is a prime attraction in New York City for residents and visitors alike.
