Lennox Blackmoore was the former #1 contender at junior welterweight and the first British Commonwealth champion to come out of Guyana. He is one of the most famous Guyanese boxers of all time and considered to be best by many fans as well. Lennox today at 72 is an elder statesman in boxing and spends most of his time at the gym training regular clients beside the occasional times where he is needed in the corner of a professional fighter. In this video, I took a unique look into Lennox’s life to capture the Boxing Philosophy that Lennox, a true pugilist of the old school followed.
