Ethics training is an effective way to foster small yet significant ideas that can be just as important as day-to-day operations or profits generation. It would improve safety, collective well-bing, teamwork, and ensure more reliable practices as well responsible ones.

Humanity: I believe this virtue is the foundation of our life as well as the foundation of our workplaces. That is why I’ve dedicated myself to implementing this virtue and demonstrating that it can improve our lives as well as businesses in an outstanding way and benefit not only oneself but also the rest of the individuals. From a modern perspective, many psychologists or philosophers and/or theories say that humans or individuals are born with humanity, even though the qualities that characterize it need to be cultivated in the process. I think promoting this will help us all receive a better outcome.
Training Methods: What specific activities, workshops, or role-playing exercises could help employees develop this virtue?
The training will consist of each intern going to create a goal that would prioritize itself and the other party’s well-being. Addressing situations, problems, or emergencies in a way that both or multiple parties won’t get harmed, but at the same time set warnings and be prepared to keep everyone safe, as well as guarantee altruism. I think businesses that already set these goals don’t count that each person has their own way to act on different situations, so I believe everyone should implement more than one procedure. After doing so, set the more effective one and the one that prevents everyone from being harmed.
Strategy:
Each intern will set a sort of procedure for each situation that could happen at any moment and analyze the outcome, ensuring everyone’s safety.
Practical Applications:
- Companies will set behavioral testing or evaluations to determine if this intern’s goals could be efficient for everyone, and at the same time, improve workplace humility.
- Provide resources, lessons, and practice procedures.
Metrics for Success:
It’d definitely measure success in the workplace and provoke a positive impact on employees’ personal lives as well as their work environment, because they will embody caring, collective safety, and their mindset will strive to ensure everyone’s well-being.
