I first changed the small things like making the dog move faster and increased the time it takes for the sock to fall so it can fall less frequent and slower.   I then changed the background and added the kitchen from Blue’s Clues as the new background.  Once that was done, I added an opening background scene before actually starting the game because I think this really makes the game feel more real.  Finally, I added music that plays once you start the game.
