A Woman’s better suited to be a secretary or receptionist?Why Can’t Men fill these positions?

Gender bias is widespread in all types of businesses. For instance, if you get a male and female applying for the same position, often times their gender is the main influence that sets apart women from men, causing them to opt out  for another working position in the workplace that is “more suited for them.”

Stereotype’s in the workplace job hiring are’t open to men working in roles traditionally filled by women and women placed in positions typically held by men.
