Trapped

My main idea going into this final project was to try my hand in making a movie. I have more fun working In fiction and I love utilizing lights and sounds. I used many camera angles in multiple shots, all to show a smooth flow with some rough cuts. The main idea behind this peace is a demonic haunting, working with cliches, yet creating atmosphere without sound.
It represents what I really want tondo. The simple story is short, far to short to really understand or draw meaning out of, that each person will see it differently, but the majority will see it as horror, but the few that will see it as inner struggles, are my target .The inner “demons” that hold us down and trap us within ourself. That ultimately it causes us to be lesser and not reach our full potential. That most sleepless nights we have, the stress, the anxiety are all real, and they are all hard to manage, but all can be handled. My major struggles in shooting this was the amount of light that needed to be managed to set the tone for the dark and eerie, while keeping the message subjective. Working with new angles and multiple cameras allows us to add prospective and a different dynamic to the story. Having the ability to show the character in different angles shows vulnerability.
