Studio Exercise 1

      Through this exercise I learned the basic 3D solid modeling techniques. I drew a simple wooden building block I had received in isometric view. I  created a component of the model and shared in the library of 3D Warehouse. I had to pay attention to the measurement and the scale of the model.

 I built a digital structure by using multiple copies of the blocks. I built a simple house for birds. It was very challenging because It wasn’t easy to work on the model in 3 dimensional space and make parallel lines of  the blocks. It took a lot of time to put everything together as I desired. This house has little windows and a door to enter and protect birds from the rain. This exercise was very useful for practice of working in three dimensional space. At the end I exported a 2D graphic of my blocks structure into a .JPG file for another practice and future demonstration.
