Day 1 (9/10)

I had a haircut with my barber and i code switch a lot using english and Spanish. I said hola how are you. My barber is Mexican so i be speaking with him in english and Spanish.

Day 2 (9/11)

I spoke with my mom in Chinese and i respond to her differently using english and Chinese i said can nee (you) buy me sushi? Instead of just speaking english, i used both language.

Day 3 (9/12)
I had order food to my house and i was saying “thank you, have a good day” to the delivery guy and normally i would say “thanks and bye” to my friends.

Day 4 (9/13)

I was playing video games with my friend and we used the term “lol”(laugh out loud”) alot where as other places i don’t use that term.

Day 5 (9/14)

I have done code switching today with my teachers by talking to them with respect and professional terms.

Day 6 (9/15)

I was in a Uber to Queens and i changed my code switch by talking to the Uber driver more professional than like with a friend.

Day 7 (9/16)

Today i did code switch while i was in Church because i changed my words with others using terms like amen, pray, forgive etc. Where as in other places i don’t use these words.
