these past 15 weeks of my first semester in English was pretty enjoyable. I believe that I learned a lot of things and I was able to teach myself new ways to write a paper, such as organizing my thoughts before going into writing my essay. I believe that I met new goals and also achieved the goals that I wanted to achieve. I receives great help from my professor since she was very knowledgable in the questions that I asked her. My professor also gave pretty good topics for us to write about. we Laos had many fun moments from when she would show us cat on zoom call to give us an energy booster when we were feeling pretty tired from having to wake up so early to get to class.

A piece of writing that I am very proud of was probably my literacy narrative writing. the reason I say this was because it was the first project that we worked on in class and I had used the skills that I learned in the lectures to help me write down what I wanted to write in the paper. such as organizing my thoughts in my notes app before pouring my heart out into the paper. I feel like that skill really helped me because since I always have a lot of ideas in my mind, my mind tends to feel like it’s going to explode since I can only type as fast as I can. So I just write everything I want to say in my notes and then write down everything I wanted to say in the beginning.

A piece of writing that I think was pretty challenging for me to write was probably the theory analysis paper. I was pretty easy to write in the beginning and I did the skill of organizing my thoughts which helped a lot in the first 4 pages of writing this paper. but then once I got to page 5 I felt like I wrote everything I needed to write down. I know my professor prefers quality over quantity, but I still wanted to reach the 6 page mark. so I tried to really look through to see if there was anything else that I could write to paper. I also tried to elongate my sentences so that way there was little space lefts. I was able to reach the 6 page mark, but I feel that next time I should just do quality over quantity which would be a lot easier for me to do.
