I am a sophomore at Baruch College, majoring in Actuarial Science. I was born in    

Bangladesh and moved to New York in 2019. My professional goal is to work in quantitative research or risk management. Growing up Mathematics has always been my favorite subject. I enjoy working with numbers so I choose to study Actuarial Science; it will give me the opportunity to use problem-solving skills in the financial world. This major will help me to work toward my desired career.
