Hello and welcome, my fellow audience, it is very exciting moment for me, due to a very important moment for my blog. In following posts, I will go over the basics of cheese making and show how most famous cheeses are made around the globe, in very detailed analysis. I will describe the name of the cheese, must have equipment, ingredients, and the procedure necessary to make the particular product. I promise it will be very fun and educational postings with full of information and tips.  Based on your comments and feedback, I will continue posting recipes on different types of cheese. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions possible, in the comment box below. I will gladly address all you concern and ideas.  For production techniques i will be using different sources including books on cheese making, as well as my own experience making famous cheeses.
