Here is my Chatbot. While originally I decided to create a “Travel Agent Assisant”, after discussing options with the professor, I have decided to actually create a ChatBot for the Soccer Club where I Coach Soccer.
The idea is to enhance Customer Service, Client Acquisition and relieve the office workers from daily informational calls that can be simply answered by the ChatBot.
At the beginning, my prompt was very long and complex, which resulted me in not being able to run the whole CodeLab to 50 examples. So I reduced the complexity of the Prompt by making it more schematic.
Finally, I added some of the most asked questions that in the past months I have heard from the parents or new clients, to make it more accurate and specific.
