At every one of our weekly trips to Smashburger, we would never order our meal without our burger’s favorite sidekick, the Smashfries. These fries were worth each of the 5 minutes we would spend every week filling out online surveys to get free sides for our next visit. These shoe string fries drizzled with olive oil and rosemary were the perfect companion to our juicy and fat burgers. Sometimes I would opt for buffalo fries but I’d always come back to the classic Smashfries.
