I am fascinated by the company Zara, not because I like fashion, but because I am very intrigued by Zara’s innovative approach in becoming the top global company in the fashion industry. Often time, companies try to fit their goals to the existing and known operating structures. But, Zara really took on a creative approach to growing as one of the most globally recognized company.
