About

In this course, ENG 2100: Writing I, we’ll explore how language and other meaning-making symbols such as images shape how we present ourselves to the world and how the world perceives us. In an era in which “Fake News” dominates screens and news headlines, how do we know what’s real? What role does mass media play in shaping our view of ourselves, others, and reality itself?
